5. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Same day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge a card on file for completed services, late cancellations, or applicable fees.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will make reasonable efforts to address any missed areas. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Secure pets prior to service
• Remove excessive clutter
• Provide running water and electricity
• Inform us of any fragile or delicate items
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre existing wear, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
